In my opinion, we were very lucky to get anything out of that game, our goal coming as a deflected cross in the 84th minute.Thank you.
Everton couldn’t even beat a team with our 4 slower players

This!Love the guy. He’s shown ambition beyond anything we’ve ever seen before AND matched that with our highest ever league finish and European adventure.
However…
At the start of the season, the very thought of his leaving felt catastrophic. It doesn’t feel that way anymore. We’ve lost the element of surprise. I hope he stays. I want him to stay. But if he goes…
Well, then we move on.
Goodness, I didn’t realise, sorry.Er, no, the thread was/is a genuine challenge as to whether or not RDZ is still the man for the job. His first season was undoubtedly a huge success, but he appears reluctant to adapt our style of play to account for different situations.
Can we have a tracker for this?.
I expect we’ll finish 14th behind Wolves, Chelsea, Fulham and Bournemouth who have all been better than us for a while and will soon overtake us
Did you track it out of interest? Can we have a tracker for this?
Edited, but for accuracy.Depressing. But wouldn't be the end of the world if he left in the summer. Vastly overrated poster.
Absolutely not!Get Potter back.
This is pretty accurate. We miss everything Ali Mac is in terms of football brain. The caicedo we sold still has all the attributes in the right team to be a brilliant footballer especially if passing improves. Replaced with a 19 year old who has potential to be amazing. But for the way we play you need that player with a football brain who understands what is needed and knits everything together. Ali Mac was that man. RDZ has still done a great job this year I hope he staysPoor bugger never stood a chance this season. World class midfield flogged off from under him in the Summer and a long and unrelenting injury list has put paid to any real progress. Europa League showing was miraculous under the curcumstances, as is the somewhat flattering league position

It’s not so much the results and league position. I think most of us accept that we’ve had injuries to key players and having the extra 8 Europa fixtures will make things harder. Main issue, for me anyway, is the general demeanour and criticism of the transfer policy.Quite.
Where do people who want to change the manager think we should be?
It's unreasonable to expect a season at least as good as last given the circumstances.
