So it’s okay to kill people with guns if they’re gang members? That’s the majority of gun crimes in the US.

Actually, that’s a little misleading - most of the victims are teenage school kids (13-19 year olds) - they maybe in ‘gangs’ but many of the victims are innocent with absolutely no connection with gangs or drugs at all but victims of bullying and other socially related factors.
