Apparently the wage he stole from Forest last season whilst contributing very little from what I gather.
I see absolutely no set of circumstances that brings him back to the Albion.

Not the ones I know they didn’t. West Ham tried to sign him twice too, once straight after the loan, and again when he became a free agent.
None of the West Ham fans I know rated him, except in the first few games for them where he was brilliant.
As for their efforts to sign him, it sounds like how we just "tried to sign" Levi Colwill. They clearly weren't serious (or only considered him a squad player/back up), certainly the second time when he had no club.

At £190K a week (allegedly) I would say he's wrung every last penny out of his talent!
Neither of them are blessed with an idyllic backstory.
And this has been done to death. It has nothing to do with 'waste'. It is sad.
