I’ve always thought that the Mac Donalds fights are the best.

Geez! Do we really have to share our oxygen with **** like those two wimmin?

............and on a separate note, I don't understand all the snobbery about McDonalds - don't eat there very often, but once in a while they're fine, handy, reasonably priced and quite tasty. Compared to a lot of fast food outlets, they're quite good.
This is NSC. Unless you hug trees, drink craft beer, cycle everywhere and agree with whatever the left of society tells you to you are fine to smugly criticise anything else ‘normal’ people do as freely as you want 🤣

I opened the thread whilst I was in Maccies. Fancied some chicken selects after my trip to Homebase to buy some turf

Sadly, there was no scrap in the Leamington Spa one.

You were doing okay until I got to “quite tasty”.

Nothing wrong? Admittedly, I'm a card-carrying member of the tofu-eating wokerati but surely any sane-minded individual can see myriad problems with McDonald's.
Like what?

There's nothing wrong with the food, the business model, the amount of staff they employ.

Their only problem is the small proportion of cliental that eat Maccies most days.

Haven’t been to McD’s for well over a year now.

Used to like their breakfast bagels but they stopped doing those.

I find their food incredibly dry. Especially the breakfast stuff.

I do rather enjoy a fillet o fish now and again but I realise by admitting that I may as well be wearing a dress.

I think if you enjoy the food it’s fine once in a while. Great for when you’re driving and need a quick pit stop.

But with all the choice of relatively cheap and convenient food we have these days, Mcd’s is a bit of a lazy choice.

I absolutely LOVE Maccas breakfast menu.
I’d inhale 3000 calories easily if I didn’t have the willpower to not become morbidly obese.

But they’re damn expensive now, at least here in Canada. Probably a good thing, as I’m too cheap to spend ~$14 on a meal there.

After reading this thread I want a Big Mac, Cheeseburger (gherkins removed from both), small fries and a sweet curry sauce. Sadly a roast is cooking. :(

I've got to wait a week as McDonald's will be my main meal to celebrate Christ rising.

Oh well do I know that! As an old time Labour voter, I fully realise I'm nowhere near left enough to be part of the NSC elite! :lolol:

Fair point. I think it's also fair to say that some McDs are less frequently infected by utter chavs than others!

Well, it's certainly true that the tofu-eating wokerati can see myriad problems with McDonalds!
