I said that based on the 10 minutes I’d seen it wasn’t exactly world class. If you want to tell me that the last 10 mins was world class, then I’d suggest you haven’t been watching football for long enough.

All this friendly needs is a host of pointless subs from now to the end. Just to really kill it off. Second half nowhere near the level of the first half. Partly because after that shower at the back we are playing a tighter formation. Southgate back to his normal safety first approach after a wide open second half.

However, had I traipsed to north west London and spent £60/70 on a ticket I’d probably be feeling less charitable.
