This is all a bit horribly familiar for me, personally, as it’s a similar trajectory of something we went through with a relative last year. The NHS sorted her out and she’s back on an even keel again now (touch wood) but it’s horrible, and with a young family must be horrific. All the best to her and all of them, cancer’s shit but it is now beatable.

Tough to listen to that. Wish her all the best……..she’s the same age now my sister (also Kate) was when she passed away.

One hopes that they'll be afforded some privacy over the Easter holidays, especially for the children.

I'm 100% republican (with respect to the royals, absolutely not with respect to US politics!), but as somebody who's wife is also going through cancer treatment I can absolutely relate. It's a horrible thing to deal with.

I think the media will likely stay away now. They are better than they used to be. It's fools in social media who seem unable to shut up.
Any woman who has cancer as well as young children has my deepest sympathy and best wishes. Too many are taken too early. Wishing her good recovery.
