A. Of course it has been 'sanctioned' by the FA. The FA are the customer. Nike will have had all the designs approved by them before proceeding. Ridiculous to suggest otherwise.

B. It isn't 'the flag' is it? It is a cross - representative of the flag - but 'the flag' it is not. The flag is a red cross in a white rectangle.
That suggests that our club approved the new European shirt which was so short it barely covered Dunky's belly button. Surely not!

When did that come in ?
I think it was 2016, you will need to double check with Stewart Lee's cab driver though.

Anyway, apparently jail is like a holiday camp nowadays so it's not all bad.

I still don't understand why people are so obsessed over the shield of some Turkish bloke who lied and said he fought a dragon.
I do wonder what the Jocks, Welsh, French etc would make of it if Nike tried this with their flag? Do people genuinely believe this has been sanctioned by our FA?
The duality of NSC.

It comes across as Nike flirting with one of LGBTQ+ flags, but then stopping at actually going through with it full whack. So the end result is a mishmash that looks naff, and doesn't inspire anyone despite Nike claims. Nike in general are awful company, massive hypocrites.
a bit like this load of twaddle from southampton last year.

The iconic Southampton image continues this season with this 22/23 Adult Home Shirt, which is inspired by the historic Saints shirt worn between 1980 and 1985. This shirt is a modern take on a classic, with reversed colours, a dramatic stripe down the centre with the crest positioned within this. It features stanchion graphics/detail from St Maryâs on the white panels. This shirt symbolises Southampton's desire to stand out, whilst also inspiring fans to be brave, regardless of their background. Made for all supporters, past, present, and future, to wear with pride on and off the pitch.

Its a shirt ffs, i really dont think more than a handfull of people would say they were ispired to be less biggoted by a football shirt

If you want to make a statement do it properly, no ambiguity, like this from Adelaide UTD. This is what England should have ran out with on their backs in Qatar

I like the design, though appreciate it wont be to everyone’s taste. I admit though I find the latest vexillological fodder for people to whinge about on X already boring as hell. More important matters in the world.

What is an insult is the price. If there is anything we should truly get angry about, it’s that. Wasn’t the point of global supply chains to make things cheaper at the trivial expense of exploiting the impoverished and ruining the climate?

Im going to be an outsider here and say I like the design, though it wont be to everyone’s taste. I admit though I’ve gotten a bit bored of vexillological matters for people to whinge about on X already. More important matters in the world.

Agreed. Same old hypocritical bollocks from these companies.

This will inspire people from all backgrounds*
