Whether he is here or not I will be genuinely surprised if a BIG club expecting trophies and titles will come in for him. If he does leave it could well be he thinks he has taken us as far as he can without big spending. In a stand off with TB on that there will only be one winner imo. He is more likely to leave without a job lined up.

I think there's a decent chance he'll be with us next season, I can't see one of the big boys taking a punt on him yet. Despite the media noise I think he'll need to have another strong season with us or go somewhere like Newcastle or a club competing in Europe outside of the PL

He's done very well with us but has done so with a decent squad and some very talented individual players

I’ve suggested the Saudi’s for some time.

Our 2023/24 squad has glaring deficiencies, especially with an extra campaign to fight.

Hopefully another season with us to see where that takes us. Speaking to family in Foggia he is regarded as a god there, for what he done as a player and manager with Calcio Foggia. He even Dedicated our win over OM, to Foggia fans after getting the better of Gattusso, a rift between both managers RDZ had after a play off game in Italy.

RDZ is Passionate about football and when things go wrong in the way of results he take it Personally.

Has he done enough for a top European side to Consider him as a manager, no imo.

Did not realise that in 2010 he almost signed for Sheffield Wednesday from Napoli,but the went fornConnor Wickham instead.

That's all it would have taken. But it's also been his beef all season and pre season that we don't have the depth to cope with injuries, and unless we can afford to fix that then I think he will be off.

I suspect that chat has already happened. Both of them plan meticulously and I especially don't see TB waiting until the end of the season to find out he has a couple of months to get and settle in a new manager.

Don't think he has done enough this season so far, to justify a big club stepping in.
Though there doesn't seem to be a vast amount of options out there.
After next season, if we have a good one, I think.

Of he hasn't got the patients to see things through then so be it. I would be surprised if he gets offer the big jobs he is looking for without a brilliant finish to the season. That finish may also persuade him to stay.

I guess we wait and see.

Due to copyright, I cant post verbatim what PB said regarding RDZ in a very recent interview with the athletic, but to summarise he feels RDZ is one of the best coaches in the world and they don't want to lose him and there are some very tempting vacancies out there and that RDZ has a very high profile, however, they are not fools and are confident in their ability to keep people. The contracts are good and as secure as can be, meaning If people are poached they don't go easily or cheaply, plus they always have a fall back strategy. He also says that he believes RDZ loves the people and setup at the club and there is a sense that him being at the club is beneficial for both parties.

It's weird how unbothered I am by this. I was all doom-and-gloom when Potter left, but even though I much prefer RDZ as a manager, the prospect of him leaving is worrying me less. The fact that the club dealt with Potter's departure by finding the perfect guy to pick up the pieces fills me with confidence that we'll do the same if and when RDZ leaves.

Taking an even bigger leap of faith, if we add the emerging FFP picture (i.e., lots of clubs desperate to sell their home-grown players this summer) to the rumours that we're planning a big summer transfer window (being one of a tiny number of clubs in a position to take advantage of those in FFP trouble), it's hard to worry too much. We'll have a lot of top-quality applicants if there's a vacancy in the summer.

I'd definitely prefer RDZ to stay though; if the rumoured big transfer window is real, I want to see what he does with results of it. But if he leaves, I think we'll be fine.

TB and PB to my knowledge have not publicly commented about the club’s exit from the various cup competitions this year, but they certainly did say the club already has a succession plan and a new contract was on the table some months ago but again to my understanding nothing came of it.
I think RDZ future at the Albion is still very much in the balance

Would be grand if after the ManU match as many as possible could stay behind and show their appreciation not only to the players, but also to RDZ. It might be the last time we get to see him. We never got a proper chance to say goodbye to Chris Hughton

I think only if the teams coming in for him are elite level (Barca, Man Utd, Liverpool etc) then he might go, as it would be very difficult for him to turn down and no-one would begrudge him doing so as that is a huge achievement to have on your life story.

Unfortunately, it does appear that these are the teams that are 'interested' :-(

This is the right answer I think and so it makes it impossible to vote in this poll. If a big 6 (or equivalent in Europe like Barca) comes in for him, he’ll go, and if they don’t, he won’t, in my opinion.

That probably applies to pretty much every one of our players and staff as well!
