Villa v Roma …. a feast of lying.
The authorities in both cities will be praying that Liverpool and Roma avoid each other, tbh.
Way too much grief.
My bank manager punches the air.
If they do meet, it will be in the final.
Liverpool see Roma, Milan and Leverkusen all in the other side of the draw.
I swear they get ridiculously fortuitous draws constantly.

We weren't destined to win this, we would have had another ridiculously difficult draw whereas Liverpool get yet another bye. I think it's goodbye West Ham in the QF.
I’m hoping for Lisbon….my food thread will be off the scale.
Along with the CL draw, not very helpful for England's chances of an extra place.

Not exactly, they had to play an additional 2 round of 32 games and beat Shakhtar Donetsk, then had to beat Villareal over 2 legs.

Confident we would have beaten both of those. Benfica too. More confident than Roma anyway. Having said that if we beat Benfica we would have got Liverpool in the semis

Not sure how far behind we are on this coefficient thing?
Maybe it's good that AC Milan meet Roma and Atalanta v Liverpool?

Kinda darkly ironic that getting knocked out by Roma could also have scuppered our chances of qualifying for Europe again this season.
