The first penalty shoot out in the Champions League since 2016 feels like a remarkable stat.
They earn an extra coefficient point for winning the game (not the tie) in 120 minutes.

Quite enjoyed that. Nothing better than a penalty shoot out if you are a neutral.
So a Madrid win tomorrow coupled with Brighton/Villa/West Ham not flapping would put England back into a good position.

Arsenal's quarter final will be midweek following their Saturday evening game at the Amex so hopefully there may be some form of distraction there

Foot has to be touching the line at point of kick of the ball. Raya was indeed only just off his line as the back foot was in the air when their bloke kicked it. But it was very tight and would have been ballsy to give it. Technically that last one should have been retaken I think.
