Following on the Roger Moore's classic, we land on Golden Eye.

Anyone tuning into this 1995 classic?

Bond movies have often featured the “gun barrel” opening. For GoldenEye, computer graphics were used to do that. This is notable because it marked the first time CGI was ever used in the James Bond franchise.

GoldenEye is one of my favourite Bond films. I think it's largely because the N64 game was so good. I'd played the game hundreds of times before I saw the film and it's impossible for me to watch it without thinking of the equivalent levels in the game.

Played the game before watching the film. when i did eventually watch the film I couldn’t believe how close the game was to it.
probably my favourite game of all time. I completed it as agent, secret agent and 00 agent and did every cheat. I think one cheat was to complete the facility level in a minute something lol. Love it. Happy memories.

Oh yes, I seem to recall it took me DAYS to complete the Facility level fast enough to get the cheat. I think a scientist with a keycard would appear in a randomly selected location each time you played the level, and it was only possible to do it quickly enough if he was in the right place.
