Seeing others not getting their ticket yesterday & some checking their bookings, I did the same & found a problem with my booking, in that I didn’t have one. I was resigned to not going. I cancelled hotel as it was free cancellation by 2pm today. I cancelled my City Lights Tour. I was absolutely devastated. The club said unlikely to be anymore cancellations and anyhow Rome police wanted names & details by 5pm yesterday so not even sure I could be added if a ticket did come up.

Low & behold 2 did this afternoon & club reserved me 2, pending me phoning up to pay.

I have my ticket.

Hotel rebooked.

City Lights back on.

I’m now shaking. I’ve really gone through the wringer over last few hours. But all good in the end so just relax.

If you are in Rome, ticketless and want to go to game I know local BHA fan with 2 tix in hospitality, so not cheap but would do deal to give to BHA fans chance as opposed to Roma. PM if interested, they can be emailed.

For the first three European away trips, the only ID checks that we had were on picking up our tickets. Our group was not ID’d at any of the stadia. With there being no ticket collection in Rome, is the expectation that there will be thorough ID checking at the stadium?
