Collyer left Albion a good six months before Sturge and Mheuka (he wasn't included in the Albion list of U21 players in the February 2022 PL squad listing). However, he didn't officially sign for United until March 2022. While I can't find a source that publishes the results of player tribunals, I'm sure any such panel would have been convened by now and we would have seen some reporting on it if it had happened.
I suspect Albion and United came to an agreement over a fee such that it didn't need to go to a tribunal (as is hinted at in this Daily Mail article from March 5 2022). We will probably never know the breakdown of that fee, unfortunately.

He's won 7 of the last 10 (RDZ has won 5 of the last 21 in the league and is being linked with the biggest jobs in world football FFS !!) and they are 6th in the table. Their squad is hardly world beating. Do you really think a different manager would do much better ?

Look at his signings. Onana isn't any better than Jason Steele, Anthony was £85m and is pure chuckles, Mason Mount was £55m. Martinez, Casemiro and Hoyland have all been ok-ish but f**k me, they cost £200m between them!
Ten Hag looks miles out of his depth. I wouldn't swap him for RDZ, even in these difficult times (by our standards).

He's far from an elite manager, who got lucky with a good, overachieving squad in a pub league.
They had two very good chances at 1-0, but Rashford, despite his goal, isn't that good.
Awful touch when he was through on goal blew the chance for a one on one and an airshot at the back post when free.
United are years behind challenging for the title, they have so many average and aging players on massive wages with years left on contracts, im not sure they have much FFP wiggle room either?
Brighton have much better players than United if they are all fit, how many would you take ?

The problem at Man Utd is one of perception and expectation. The nature of the English league has always been one of a team dominating, then fading away, sometimes coming back later, sometimes drifting away for a longer period. With occasional upsets/one off wins in the mix.
Man U's dominance of the first 20 years of the premier league was longer than any other club has dominated, but it is now their time to drift away and be 'just another team' in the chasing pack. Their belief and the perception from those outside the club and their fans that they are entitled to be challenging every year is wrong. they're having an ok season for 'just another team in the chasing pack'.
