If you're on a laptop / Mac just type some text, highlight it, click the three buttons next to the quote marks and choose the spoiler icon, the one that looks like an eye with a line through it.
Can't get my spoiler to work...
Phone is the same from memory but might give you blurred text whereas laptop hides it with a button.
