I agree. Admittedly it’s a highlights reel I’ve seen (or a few) and they only show the good bits. But he’s an unknown quantity that they’re not going to know how to deal with. I appreciate he isn’t going to be up to speed in DeZerbiBall yet but there’s a strong argument that DeZerbiBall doesn’t work as well against these types of teams. Launch a maverick in there. We often end up camped in a congested opposition half trying to thread the ball through an eye of a needle against these sides. Last seasons result against Everton was a pure fluke hopefully we will get the points.
