absolute nightmare, imagine doing this every season! i got mega lucky with my tickets, got in and out of Gatwick when i wanted for a "normal" price of £130 but my mates are not so lucky, surely in 2024 there should be a better solution than "whoever is at home during the draw congrats, rest of you unlucky"

BA flights Heathrow to Rome 8am weds returning Friday night for family event Saturday. Heathrow easy for us as Elizabeth line is zippy. Taking one son so it was 660 for the 2 of us. Not too bad. The wife was ready and primed on the booking site. The flights went through the roof on my phone but she managed to get them before the algorithms f***ed us completely.
However I got tipsy last night and am also the proud owner of a very expensive flexible flight to Baku. I was in a bit of a panic that I would miss out on the Tuesday direct flight and the other routes looked a pain. So I am going to Azerbaijan at some point now. Do we know when the next round away games will be? Would love it if qarabag get through.
Currently at Heathrow having a pint in giraffe on way to Maldives to celebrate pearl wedding so wife happy. Back for two days then Rome.

I had the Budapest to Baku and London to Budapest price freeze reserved just in case which would have enabled me to buy flights all four flights for a total of 155. So I've flushed a tenner down the drain there !!

Got return flights from Bristol to Napoli £81.20 return on the Wednesday before returning on Friday. Staying with friends for free in Capua and will go with them to the game. Only downside is sitting in the Roma end but will keep my counsel.

I don't know what your budget is but just fyi Gatwick to Milan, train down, train back up and flight back to Gatwick would currently cost circa £200 per person.

Is anyone else on the very late 21:15 from Gatwick - Rome on the Wednesday, flying with Wizz?
Had to book solo and could really do with linking up with a few Brighton fans to get a cab from the airport into central Rome.
I guess this is the thread for this currently but I wonder if it’s worth running a thread with just people’s travel times to see if there’s anyone to join up with. Think this was done for previous trips?
