Let he who is without sin cast the first stone, I mean who hasn't considered joining a murdering jihadist group in their time? We all make mistakes.
We do all make mistakes, quite right, however there are mistakes and mistakes, there is a damn good reason why the British government opposed her return, she could have participated in some atrocities that we may not be privy too, and if they ever became public knowledge there would be an incredible back lash from the public.

True. I considered leaving the Mrs for Halle Berry, but I didn't. So there's a difference between thoughts and actions. #noregrets

She would be the official spoke person for every terrorist group on the planet, outside every mosque, on every tv and radio station justifying the reasons to blow the legs of little girls at pop concerts or run amock with a knife in a nursery school, she will cause a lot of anger and division, she is a national security threat

Obviously what she did is awful and I'm not letting her off of that at all but she is/was a British citizen and was born in this country. We can't just say "she's not British any more" and leave her to be another country's problem. She is a problem our government needs to deal with, not pass the buck on.

If a supporter of a terrorist group in Britain were to manage to get into Britain and then the country of which they were a citizen said they didn't want them back, they then become Britain's responsibility.

Have I understood correctly ?

I don’t understand why this has not been made public knowledge?

To my mind, she has a valid argument that she was groomed and brainwashed. That should be tested in a British court. It’s time for this country to deal with our own problems and regain the soft power we have lost on the international stage instead of burying our head in the sand and declaring it is not our problem. That is not the British way of doing things.

Or, if a supporter of a terrorist group in Syria were to manage to get into Syria and then the country of which they were a citizen said they didn't want them back, they then become Syria's responsibility.

Over to you, Syria.

There must be something more to this and her time abroad, they know more than they are letting on probably for security reasons.

I wonder how many times she can appeal ?
