Not quite.
It says that for profits generated through operating profits and net transfer profits (as opposed to levers, divestment and dodgy deals), our 2023 total is the third-highest of all time. The other two being Spurs and Monaco in 2018.
At an event, PBOBE told us that we thought we'd be posting the highest ever recorded PL profit numbers.
