Heard this on an Amazon 2-part Stephen King miniseries I started watching earlier - the perfect smokey blue jazz voice of Anika Noni Rose portraying the fictitious Sara Tidwell, a singer who was raped and murdered and returns to haunt the good folk of Dark Score Lake. (Well worth a watch btw)

I've heard 2 great songs today - very different one from the other, so, using up some of my massive credit stockpile, I submit both for your delectation:



The first example brings back memories of seeing the duo appearing with the Chris Barber Jazz Band at the Dome in 1958.
