I think that statement that he admits he's a strain on the players says a lot. His demands seem high, the amount of injuries have to in part be attributed to his high intensity training methods. Several players are on the record saying as much.
I also always doubted his excessive player rotation strategy at the beginning of the season. Four or five player changes a match didn’t make any sense when we had only played half a dozen games.
And I know it's been said elsewhere, his inability to pick a number one goalie shows weekness.
Still it's been an amazing 15 months since he joined and stay or go he will go down as a legend in Albion history.

I’ve found the recent negativity about De Zerbi and this week's wailing about the team and how terrible everything is, to be absolutely pathetic. Take a look at the league table, take a look at where we are in the two major cup competitions. Like the rest of us, RDZ just needs a good win today and we’ll all be smiling again.

As I keep on saying it’s was not only MacAllister and Caicedo we have not replaced Enoch either who was looking like a really good player

Mac Allister and Caicedo didn’t come into the club as world beaters. They developed with us, even going out on loan at first.
In my opinion, Caicedo has gone backwards since leaving us.
It’s part of a manager’s remit to develop the players he has.

Maybe he will, maybe he won't, but god, NSC is collectively so needy over this. Probably there's less anxiety on a mothers group chat when they find out a pedo has just moved in next to the local school

Just chill out about it. You can't do anything to affect this situation, but if you're really concerned about the future of your club there's something you can do today. Get behind the team. Keep your phone in your pocket, stop leaving the singing to others, forget about your shit excuse why you need to leave early and properly support the lads

The policy is good, but it is lopsided, it’s so heavily weighted towards turning a profit in 24 months time rather buying for the here and now, and that’s fine, but this season RDZ has had the rug pulled from beneath him. The club sold the nucleus of his team and didn’t do enough to strengthen the squad. All season there’s been a huge weakness in the middle of the park, we were able to disguise with the relentless attacking, but now we’ve lost 5 wingers the fragility is exposed.

I doubt we will ever go higher without the manager being backed like De Zerbi asked for .
He appears to be pissed off right now. Fair enough, my job is annoying me too, but it doesn't mean I'm about to walk out.
I get that he doesn't have the same financial obligations as me but the point surely is that nobody walks out the minute things go a bit awry. He's only been here a year
A couple of big wins in the league followed by another epic European triumph and we would probably get the feeling he'll never want to leave.

TBF you may not agree with the tactic but going against the long established way of doing things strikes me as the opposite of weakness.

When we were flying in the PL, I thought he’d stay until summer 25 at the latest.
Now we’re mid-table meh, and he’s lost that 100% sparkle for all things Albion including club decisions, I think he’ll leave. New job or not.
