Welcome to the NSC 6 Nations 2024 Competition

The 6 Nations rugby starts next weekend and here is the annual opportunity to show how brilliant you are at forecasting the outcome of every match.

Predict the outcome of each match by points margin.

Every point you are wrong by will score 1 point against you.

Winner will be the lowest score, as in golf.

e.g. predict England to beat France by 8 points

Outcome - England win by 3 points, your score will be +5

Outcome - France win by 3 points, your score will be +11

Miss a game your score will be +25

Miss 3 games and you are out!

Ireland have been clinically brilliant. The ref’s been fantastic too, isn’t it great to see players not arguing.

Don’t the French love booing and whistling? Always the way when losing, the Parc de Princes was a cauldron of moaning as England teams took them to the cleaners.

Fair to see Ireland are getting the rub of the referees green. Quite how the hands on the ground leading to penalty, to try, weren't seen is bizarre.

Here are the points after the France 17:38 Ireland match:

Nobody anticipated a 21 point winning margin to either team.

A nailed on Grand Slam, some opponents are going to suffer huge losses if Ireland are ruthless. They were outstanding from KO tonight, I had to turn the commentary down due to vintage Miles Harrison painting a false picture of a nip-and-tuck contest until the last ten minutes.

I think Ireland are the best team in the world at present. They were the best team at the World Cup. Such an injustice.

I'm recording the series to watch faux live. Just seen tonight's match. A bonus point win in Marseille means they will take some stopping.

Some may recognise the stadium.

Yes I was busy pointing out to Mrs Corner all the sites I recognised when they were showing the build up of Irish fans in and around the town and harbour area
