That's fine for the away game points but who gets the ST points?
It's very simple, the company decides to whom the ST points will be allocated at the start of the season. In some cases, some companies might have just one individual who regularly uses a ticket (probably a fan anyway) and they can benefit from the points. If they own several tickets, so they can entertain various guests/clients then it probably doesn't matter about the other tickets points as the people using them most likely won't go to most home games and certainly aren't entitled to away tickets ahead of people with loyalty points in the various tiers.

If a company nominates the points to an individual who doesn't regularly go in the hope they can get away tickets, they are going to start a season a maximum of 200 pts (assuming the ST had been held for the 8 years). I would also add that, going forward, if the company wants to change the person to whom the points are allocated they start from scratch, ie as if it were a new season ticket so, for example, a 1901 Corporate ticket has been held since the Amex opened so accrues 200 pts at the start of each system. The company has allocated it to Joe Bloggs at the start of next season, assuming he has 200pts (although it's accepted that other people may use the ticket for home games). Joe leaves the company so next season they still renew the 1901 ticket and allocate it to Josephine Smith and she then starts off with 50pts.

To put that into context, Luton sold out to STHs with more than 246pts and Spurs with more than 219pts.

Have to say I'm intrigued as to why you are such an advocate for corporate 1901 season ticket holders?

Block 4 not open and neither the other half of 3 ( approx 1,000 in total). Assuming they open up those 2, plenty for Albion+

I'm not really - it's more an interest in the practicality of how to implement an equitable loyalty scheme for all from a club perspective.

From a fan perspective, points are "earned", (a better word may be accrued), by individuals.

The club appears to link loyalty points to an account, (ST, M+, 1901).

Administering the loyalty scheme obviously costs the club time and money - the simpler the system the smaller the cost.

I don't see what incentive the club has to reduce the attractiveness, (to some), of purchasing a corporate ticket whilst at the same time incurring additional costs.

Transparency and fairness spring to mind. They didn't need to have a loyalty scheme in the first place, just sell online first come first served but they didn't, they invested in the scheme. Pretty certain our club doesn't just always look at the bottom line. They didn't need to put in padded seats for everyone but they went the extra mile.

Sheffield Utd league tickets.
For any my albion+ members who are having to wait till tuesday for this one the good news, as already reported on this thread, was that the club released another 280 tickets in BL3. Looking at the sales so far it may well be the case (with the cup game upcoming) that that might be it. Currently 300 left available to buy and if they do sell out there is still another 200 we could have in BL3 and 400 in BL4.
Perusing the other thread about the cup draw it would appear that has been confirmed as Saturday 3.00 which i hope would mean that we can sell more for that game but as to whether we will need the extra seats we are allowed in that competition remains to be seen.

Yes, nice to get a chance of Prem away game as Albion Plus. As said in previous post, still around 100 left for members for the league game at Bramall Lane.

The final seats in block 4 have now been released. 280 left with a month to go, looking like a sell out

Probably our most impressive away following of the season this.

Still selling out despite it being a Sunday 2pm-er, an absolute schlep, basically impossible on the train & live on Sky.
Agreed, demand for these sort of games definitely seems to have increased this season

This season we’ve been to Wolves, Man U,Man C and Everton away as Albion+. We also have Sheffield Utd tickets. It is very rarely that you can’t buy tickets for the northern games with membership.
