When you drink your glass/pint of water before bed throw a sachet of Dioralyte or similar rehydration powder in, helps replace the salts etc and tastes alright aswell!

I voted old, I've always liked the 'new' old one from the retro perspective on classic shirts etc as it is a slight redesign of a badge from the 60's, but would never imagined it would be our current badge, but it has grown on me the last couple of months, it's all in line with our 150 Years...

I've said to my Albion work colleague before that Wednesday & Albion must have 2 of the best forum platforms in the league in terms of sheer volume, participation and comedy value - some clubs forums are just plain crap or spread out on 4-5 different forums.
