Same age. Their Academy side is available for players aged 16-19, but I know all bar one or two lads are 17. The rest are 16, the equivalent of the first year of U18 football. Still they are actually a very good side; so yes, to score five goals is rather impressive

I've gone to both! The small shops take the CV and don't reply, whilst the larger chains tell you to apply online

Thank you, it just annoys me how shops ask for me to apply online; when I've gone there in person and they get to witness my personality first hand

According to Wikipeadia Ireland got Villa's fans Player of the Season in 2012, despite only play 24 games. I was sure Villa fans hated him?! Was the award a joke because he hadn't lived up to expectations, or did he really have a good season? A bit mental to say the least, but I would love him...
