    [Football] GOAL music...

Whilst on the subject of music.......why on earth do we persist with Hey Jude as our pre-kick off tune? Irrelevant at the best of times.....but especially so when playing Liverpool. I appreciate that it has been asked before by why on earth can't we use any number of FBS tunes to fire things...

    [Albion] Build-up to Saturday…….

I was in the home end behind the goal for the opening match of the 2019/20 season (3-0 win). I managed to sit on my hands for our first two goals but found myself on my feet punching the air when Maupay scored the third right in front of me. Fortunately I blended in pretty well as most of the...

    [Albion] Spurs - Sat 5th Feb 8pm

No idea. If the 9,000 hadn't been mentioned, I would have bought tickets for my 3xSTs as soon as they went on sale (and not waited to secure an Albion + ticket today).

    [Albion] Spurs - Sat 5th Feb 8pm

Completely agree. The strength of feeling and disappointed expressed within the last few pages is a very clear indication that the club completely messed this up. There is nothing to be gained in the club putting some kind of spin on things and an apology along with some evidence of 'lessons...

    [Albion] Spurs - Sat 5th Feb 8pm

Really, really disappointed ........particularly as the club could have avoided this with some simple communication. We have three season tickets but held on until today so that my wife (Albion + Member) could come and we could take advantage of the family ticket. Logged on in my lunch hour to...

    [Football] Stadium Bucketlist

Same here......I was so disappointed after the first day washout but the rest of the match more than made up for it - absolute carnage in Bay 13. It is the most memorable sporting occasion I've attended........followed closely by Goughie's hat-trick at the SCG a few weeks later.

    [Other Sport] RIP Alan Minter

I have got the programme from that match signed by Minter and both teams - as a 9 year old it was my pride and joy. In fact, it is still the best set of autographs I possess - that Forest Team had some big names.

    [Brighton] RIP Michael Robinson

What crappy news. Without doubt one of my favourite Albion strikers. I had a great poster on my bedroom wall for years of Robbo wearing a daft hat on the pitch at Highbury after winning the FA Cup semi. R.I.P.

    [Football] Obnoxious Players You Detest

Kenny Burns was a filthy player. More recently.....I'll give another vote to Steve Cook.....gesturing to the family stand a few seasons ago was completely unnecessary and I've had his card marked ever since.

Are you the nurse who did CPR?

I was on the bus and can confirm that the nurse was a 'he'. I can also confirm that he was a hero....along with all the other people that then arrived to provide medical assistance. So pleased to see that the chap has made a great recovery.

    Gambling

I had a bit of time to kill last night so popped into the bookies on Southwick Square. The roulette machines were all in use and I watched as a chap went to the counter and, using his bank card, loaded £1,000 onto one of the machines. Within about 10 minutes it had gone. He returned to the...

    Favourite Albion memorabilia

I was raised in a house in Newtown Road. My dad collected some interesting Albion related memorabilia that always created a discussion at any gatherings in our house. On our mantelpiece he placed the various bricks that had come through our windows which he had then diligently labelled (with...
