I've been an Albion fan, and only an Albion fan my whole life. I went to my first game during the early 70's, and have been going ever since.
I did fall out of love with them during our one and only time in the old First division. I think we lost a part of ourselves during that period of time, due to the fair weather fans. (Although it was great seeing the big clubs playing at the Goldstone ground.)
I have had some great times watching with my beloved Albion with my Mum, Dad and Brother over the years, at the Goldstone, Withdean, and now at the Amex, and love the fact that my Neice and Nephew are now avoid fans, as well as other members of the family. Brighton is very much in our blood, and I'm happy that the club is finally on the rise again, and on the verge of the big time.
