There is problem across the left, in that they hate the 'West' so much, that they are prepared to support any regime that they see as a victim of the 'imperialist' regimes of US/UK/Israel etc, regardless of the virtue of those 'oppressed' regimes. I think may well meaning activists on the left...

Criticism of the policies of the Israeli government isn't anti-semitic and people who try and deflect criticism of Israel by throwing that accusation about are wrong - but there is no doubt that many of the people who attack Israel don't like Jews and also subscribe to Nazi-esque views about...
