Horrible, don't do it. If you want to be close to Temple Meads try Totterdown or Southville(think Hanover in Brighton) I moved from Southville recently, and would totally recommend it especially if you're new to Bristol as its a proper community unlike Bradly Stoke, Stoke Gifford etc. Good luck...
