The lower league fans were on the whole much friendlier and far more knowledgeable about football than those in the Premier League.

We’ve scored 4 goals in our last 10 matches. 2 own goals and 2 wonder strikes from Welbeck.

This season has to be a big wake up call to the board. If we have another summer where they show no ambition like last year, we could well decline further and get relegated.

We look like a team that has given up for the season. Man City were miles better than us which made all the help the officials gave them seem completely unnecessary.

Those last 3 games still annoy me as does that goal Newcastle scored at the Amex which is still the flukiest goal I’ve ever seen.

I was referring to the lower league teams in round 1 and 2.

I know I’m going against the grain here but FA cup replays are mainly rubbish. Other than the very occasional one where a lower league team is playing against a Premier league side, there are usually really small crowds and even the lower league teams often make wholesale changes to their team.

Our attempts to replace Caicedo, Mac Allister and Colwill haven’t filled me with confidence…..

We’ve barely scored a goal since he got injured so it would be disastrous if we sold him. It looks like we’ll finish 7 places lower than last season so surely the club won’t sell any first team players after what happened last summer.

i assume he’s one of the 9 out. I wonder if there will be some more news about him in the embargoed section of the press conference as I haven’t seen anything so far.

I think he’ll be moved on in the summer if anyone will take him. He’s always injured and hasn’t shown enough in the last 2-3 years when fit to warrant keeping him here.

It’s probably petty but it’s quite satisfying seeing the English clubs getting completely outclassed tonight.

Most normal people don’t act like it that when doing their job but by all accounts Benjamin White is a weird individual.

For someone who claims he supposedly doesn’t like football, he gets very worked up and emotional during games.

A lower half finish might be the best thing possible for us as it will act as a wake up call for the board and cause them to show some ambition in the summer.
