Did the Worthing 10k Sunday too, time 48-41pb which is 1 min 16 sec quicker than last year. Took quite a few weeks from the BM to alter the pace after months of slogging at marathon pace. Will be seeking a few more 10k's throughout the summer, already booked Littlehampton in September so any...
I managed 4-22-32 which i was happy with as stopped to help a couple of people who fell to the ground. Thought about going for it at the half way stage doing a 1-57 at that point, then just embraced the atmosphere took on lots of fluids and jelly babies, listening to the shouts of SEAGULLS...

Was away in London this weekend so just planned to do a long run of training on Sunday morning in prep for BM. Stumbled across the London landmark half marathon , so thought why not, be rude not to[emoji41] very well run I must say, great scenic route obviously. So the long and short of it is...
Have you all had your times sent from Worthing half yet as haven’t had anything back yet. But don’t think I did as well as those times coming up on here, felt great but went off like a steam train, I never do that normally but paid the price late on [emoji31]

I think the biggest challenge could be the wind/ gusts, also the they are coming from the west/ west northerly but it will be dry, which is a little different direction to normal but will be behind for the strong finish. Anyone will do well to do a pb . Not done my home turf half run, so...
I will be in a similar time boat to you too after losing my running mojo in December, couldn't believe how quick i lost fitness but hopefully back on track for an ok run Sunday and a build towards Brighton full marathon in April (fingers crossed) good luck to all Sunday who are running (pb 1-47)...
Depends what you want from the device i guess, i to like Apple but went for Bose as it was my preference to what i wanted it to do. These gadgets Apple Homepod /Siri and Amazon Echo/ Alexa all seem a bit too big brother for me. The Bose is doing the job quite nicely, sound is absolute quality...
