actually, it IS the right thing. If there's a legal loophole, why shouldn't it be exploited. I can't believe some of the pompous drivel on the thread you started.

I'm also looking at this stuff. I had a mailshot from a company in Lewes who are involved. I have no qualms about doing it. I would rather keep my house than worry about whether I'm doing the right thing!

Credit Issues - Hiney I have done a post on this as it is something I am seriously thinking of getting involved it to make a living this year as there is no living to be made as a mortgage broker anymore. The concensus is split. I have no loyalty to these lenders anyone after the way they have tried to force brokers out of the market. I am not 100% sure if I am going to get involved but I know loads of brokers who have.
