Only 30 mins in and yes, playing verses a very good United side. But today’s selection from Potter has been a shocker. Irrespective to hindsight, why pick 3 players out of position given the quality on the bench? Even if you want to freshen things up and save energy verses Norwich, they were other options. I don’t agree with writing off tonight’s game if that was the thinking too.

3 ?

Lamptey
Biss

Who else ?

He is a poor keeper! Always has been!
He's ok but it's certainly an area that we need to upgrade in. While he doesn't drop many clangers there are a number of goals over the course of the season where you think he could have done better such as today, Palace H, Shef Utd A

Not hard to see why we don’t score goals. A newly arrived Alien would spot the reason why. Potters gamble blew up with less than a third of the game gone. Again. Now, if Utd have two sent off and we play some strikers in the 2nd half...

Connelly has one game and that is to run on to through balls hasnt got strength to hold ball up. However to be fair to him there is one thing certain he will never be able to play as a lone striker in any division. Maupay can move defenders about and if he was going to rest him and play one up front it should have been Murray.

Come on, that's not quite right. We've often given the top teams a decent game, albeit usually - but not always - ending up the losing side. Tonight we have been an absolute shambles, no two ways about it

Not when they’re one of the mega spenders and on a run of form.

ManU without Mourinho are the same as Citeh. The two most expensive squads on the planet, get used to them brushing Brighton aside. Citeh have been doing it for three years, scoring bucket loads against us, ManU have cottoned on.

I don’t blame our players or Potter, modern football throws us league mismatches.
