The direction of travel is obvious. Do you think workers will end up with enhanced rights?

different matter to whether they will be changed with leaving EU.

Gods country fortnightly
different matter to whether they will be changed with leaving EU.

Parliament's role regards future relationship? Gone
Clause on workers' rights? Gone
Environmental protections? Gone

GET BRITAIN DONE

Looks like you have snapped out of the doldrums now Watford, hope you have replicated that on the political threads.

I'm not in the doldrums at all. Very disappointed, but accepted and moved on.

It's just that I have had a lot to do since the election result and haven't had much time to post. I was hoping to have that all tied up this week, but it's more complex than I thought and looks like it may go on until after Xmas.

As you know, I do feel it is my responsibility as part of my charity work, to educate, inform and bring harmony where there is discord on NSC and hopefully I'll have more time for that in the New Year

doing again, you are making inferring EU dictate and control our law. environment and employment law is in primary legislation, doesnt change unless new law changes.

Well, you have surprised me.:clap2:

I thought all the time you tried to put me down and tagged me in where not needed, It was only appropriate to mention it.

Politically we maybe polls apart, but it doesn't mean we can't bury the hatchet.

Start with a kiss.

I'm just wondering about where this " Golden Future " has sprung from ? The governments own reports said we will be worse off as country whichever deal we get, were they lying then or is Johnson lying now ? Pretty easy decision on that one ! Welcome to 5 years of hype, lies and undeliverable promises.

The government has won backing for its EU (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill by 358 votes to 234, a majority of 124.

That's it then.

With the Tories only having 80 seat majority, means those that have been dictated to by Corbyn are now showing their real feelings.

At last some progression.

Ah, the gloating has begun, both on NSC and on Brexiteer politician Twitter feeds.

A bit like winning a football match 1-0, then reaching down to sarcastically pat your opponent on the head, rather than help them up to their feet.
