If there was a second Brexit referendum how would you vote?

You are not wrong but a reversal of the vote through a new referendum will lead to rioting and fighting on the streets. You wouldn’t think it could get worse but a new vote to remain would result in just that imo.

Frankly I think it would be even more dangerous to sweep corruption under the carpet because of threats of civil unrest and violence. Undermining democracy whilst claiming they are upholding it is what the goons are working towards..... and it is more appropriate to a banana Republic than a so-called principled, democratic country like the UK.

At what point are you going to stop calling everyone who disagrees with you a moron?
Never it seems. Maybe he finishes his posts with insightful comment, but I switch off when I see the insults.

That doesn't only apply to Clamp of course, this thread is full of insults. Anyone who thinks they have anything worth saying really would do themselves a favour by cutting back on the abuse.

You make a good point, how do you deliver it?

You have been quite pleasant on here lately. You had dropped all the personal insults and had actually started to take part in debate. This morning you have reverted to type and seem to be having a pop at anyone who you imagine has slighted you. Hungover?

Shame.

This self appointed role of Board Head Master you have taken on is embarrassing. Let it go.

But I shan't be toing and froing with you today, your brand of insult is particularly nasty and personal and frankly, I don't like or respect you enough to give you what you want. Have a good day.

You do talk drivel. The only "insult" I've indulged in today is in asking you when YOU are going to stop blanketly insulting every single leave voter. It's just boring and the reason most leavers consider you a complete joke and why I don't really care what you think about me, good or bad.

So what's next - what's most likely?

Is it looking most likely that a deal of some sort will be agreed in the next few months by parliament, and we will indeed leave?

https://www.oddschecker.com/politic... City next Saturday. How did we get to this?

You don’t need a “t” on tw@. Nor do you need to try and circumvent the swear filter, twats are allowed on here (clearly)

:)

He adds "T"s where he wants...

I am looking forward to seeing what is written about Brexit in the red and blue versions, if there is a GE soon.

I’m also interested in other stuff like taxation, it affects us all. But I know through experience and it forms part of my professional work, that Labour and Conservative will lie about that, and be totally dishonest about what’s required to fund promises. The independent/apolitical IFS are great at ripping the Labour and Conservative figures apart.

Maybe call a truce of conflicting opinion for the afternoon.

We all agree on the deal today.

3 points. No compromise.

We are extremely lucky that we're not using the Euro. Our economy has never been in line with the rest of Europe and being able to adjust our own interest rates is crucial in keeping our economy on an even keel.

First things first, I'd like to see what the main parties include in their manifesto.

**** it, if Corbyn promised a second referendum, I'd probably have to vote for him.

He won't, but maybe his committee that decides policy for him will. With a bit of luck, he will be out of a job too soon and we can get back to having a proper, electable opposition.

True, no one in tye UK to my knowledge has argued in the last 10 years that we should’ve joined the Euro. When the economies of Greece and others completely collapsed, the wealthier Euro members had to step in with £B’s of emergency funding.

You’re an unpleasant man and I think you’re also a racist. Your comments about aboriginals are so badly informed. If it wasn’t so disgusting it’d be funny.

The "people in charge" are people selected by us on the basis of their manifesto commitments. They are our representitives, not our rulers.

The Tory manifesto stated that they want a smooth and orderly Brexit. This obviously rules out no deal and arguably May's WA too, as the backstop issue is far from smooth.

Labour's manifesto stated that they will ensure that a deal is achieved that retains the benefits of the single market and customs union, which May's deal does not achieve.
