I heard an article about drones on the radio and looked up a couple of things.
This page has some nifty kit. Prices are around £750 to £1500 but wow

Then this guy has built his own with facial recognition that follows him

But more importantly, these toys can be pre-programmed to fly a certain course and then 'return to base' to recharge, similar to those robotic vacuums. The owner could have set it up and done a runner last night.

By law they HAVE to get you to your destination. Norwegian cancelled a flight and offered a full refund, end off. Those who take the refund means they are on their own. Refuse the refund and demand a flight. They (the airline) Must make every effort to get you on a flight. If that means an expensive seat from Heathrow with taxi then tough. But, from my own experience, finding a rep at the airport just doesn't happen.

Pecisely, no risk of stray bullets as the shot won't go more than a hundred yards or so.

300 yards is the accepted distance that shot will travel.

You can only declare to have sh!t your pants, depending on what side of the bus you sat
I hope you enjoyed the island, as much as we did.
Went on a last minute deal, only finding out our hotel on arrival, which turned out to be one of the best in Funchal.
Decided to book a two week holiday the following year at the same hotel, fabulous island and people.
