We’ve been great in our 2 games so far - make it 3 wins out of 3 and a 1/4 against the Swedes would be fantastic. Colombia def a harder game than Japan but glad we’re In this half still - hopefully it will work out for us.

I am expecting the worse, then I won't be too unhappy if we lose, but hoping we can put in a good strong performance from the off.
We may have to find a bit of win at all cost mentality, not sure we have any of that.

Tight game so a loss wouldn’t be a disgrace, but as everyone else is saying just really want England to play without fear, and play the high tempo stuff that suits this set of players.

Cmon lads.

Well said Mello, this is really all we want. Going out is only disappointing if we play poorly. If we play well and the best team won, I can live with that....now roll over and die Colombia, there's a good sport! :)

England back to full strength as expected, same team that faced Tunisia.

Meanwhile according to BBC Sport James Rodriguez hasn’t even been named in the squad! Pleased that Izquierdo isn’t starting.

Bet Sileby Rangers are dead chuffed they arranged this fixture for tonight (presumably their annual money-raising friendly against the local Football League club  )

Isn't it weird in this day and age seeing a bunch of rich, talented young men wishing for a God they probably don't believe in to preserve the health of a ninety two year old monarch?

I don't mind the Queen for one second but I do think our current national anthem should be a thing of the past, at least for England (as opposed to Great Britain or UK) events.
