Excellent article and comments. This one succinctly sums up what remainers choose to ignore:
"...........this referendum saved Britain’s from becoming the prime dairy cow of the Union, saved the nation from being paid lip service and milked for decades. Had the majority been for ‘remain’ Brussels would’ve taken this, and twisted it into full consent for full federation. Most ‘remainers’ thought they were voting for the status quo........but no - it would have been full steam ahead into complete political and financial union."
I agree.

Oh dear, I'm afraid that is the face of a man who has turned over people whom he conned into believing in him. He got you to vote him into a position of being able to walk away from the EU ministry with the appearance of dignity and doing the right thing while still being paid 73,000K a year. Which will be paid, in part, by you. Well done, you've been stitched up like a right kipper.

So you , JC Foty Genius/AlfredMizen/Bushy, will just ignore it and attempt humour. It's much like your attitude to Brexit, just ignore that it's going absolutely tits up, throw some insults around and hope nobody notices that you know you ****ed up.

And where did I say I was outraged? IDO think it is pretty outrageous though. Most normal people would. Most leavers probably would, especially at being let down by their hero. Yes, yes, we are leaving, you won the vote. Somehow I doubt you will like your prize.

What do YOU think of him keeping his pension?

It's a good post and of course you are right, anyone with an ounce of sense can see that, but he conned nobody, he knew that there are many people lacking that ounce of sense.
Ferrel, racist, half wits that genuinely believed that Farage was the saviour and that Brexit was going to be fine.
I mean Nigel Farage FFS you have to be really, really ignorant to believe a single word that comes out of his mouth.
Unfortunately there are many in this country who did believe him and will be made to suffer for there actions, Farage will collect his money and fiddle while watching the country burn.

So now we have a load of hypocrites having a go at Nige.I bet there isn't a single one of you who hasn't had a go at their employer, but are still quite happy to take their cash/benefits.People who worship the Kinnocks,Blairs,Browns, and Steptoes are really scraping the barrel having a go at our saviour.:lolol:

What a pathetic argument. For a start I simply wouldn't go and work for a company that I am fundamentally opposed to on every level. I have turned down work for pharma companies for this exact reason.

Secondly, I wouldn't take a job, fail to turn up at vital meetings and conferences and expect to keep my job.

Crucially, I wouldn't go around my fellow employees and colleagues, stirring up shit, lying and making things up encouraging them to quit, motivating an entire workforce to hand in their notice and then, when they have all walked out into the unknown, not quit myself but stay on and stand in front of my employees telling them everyone quit because you are doing a shit job and you're a shit company to work for and then expect to keep my pension. But he did, because he's a weasel and he conned 52% of a nation.

If we do stay in the EU one thing I'd like to see reformed is the dolling out of cash to liars and thieves like Farage.

It was good and so relevant to many on this thread. Unfortunately as the post preceding yours shows there is a cult-like fervour to many of the anti-democrat Remain disciples. If only they would open those closed minds and heed this sound advice ..

If you believe that Brexit is an economic disaster that will lead to recession and mass emigration, but you are then presented with facts that challenge this firm belief, you should take some time to reconsider your position, rather than jumping onto the next anti-Brexit bandwagon that presents itself.

I assumed it was a blog written by some smug little Tory **** or other. Thanks for pointing that out though, I shan't bother to click on the link.

A shameless hypocrite. He rails against the so-called EU gravy train, but all too happy to cash in when it suits him. Secretly I reckon he backs the £50bn Brexit divorce bill that includes money to pay for his EU pension.

The bloke is like a virus. Can't Trump just give him a green card, I'm sure Murdoch would give him a job at Fox News

Shouldn't think Murdoch and Nige would get on.Murdoch backs the Democrat line.

Yeah Piers is a serious denier that global warming is not caused by human activity, so I guess has at least one thing in common with Trump

My brother is a lot different to me but we did vote the same in the last election

Can I step in and answer? Given the embarrassing, childish and semi-literate manner you carry on one reason could be simple personal pride?

I know he's on 'your side' of the debate, and Two Professors opposes your views, but is this a poster you really want to be defending? Frankly, I'd be embarrassed if he was on my side. Try reading post 39432, and you may come to see that in this case Two Profs has a point!
