The Community Stadium Ltd suffers depreciation charges on buildings and leasehold land. Passing on rent to the trading football club ltd company. The FL audit the rent figure, under FFP, to check its at fair value, because both limited companies are obviously are related parties to each other.
Either way, a cost hits the football club accounts.

Since year dot? According to Sky Sports, he bought the house in Sandbanks two years after investing in the club in 2011. Has a second home in Weybridge and spends most of his time in Switzerland! Prior to that he seems to have bought and estate in the area in 2008. Not sure based on that you can seek to imply he's a lifelong Cherries fan!

Not trying to win brownie points but if it was between Bournemouth and Brighton for the last relegation spot - I'd prefer the Seagulls to stay up (at least Chris Hughton seems an honourable man).

That's mental. I guess they aren't expecting too many people taking up that offer, or they have a lot of STs available because you are allowed to use your three years of 'free' season tickets in a single year if you want to bring friends/family along...

Interestingly, they had a fan's meeting with the chairman the other day and the "buy a crappy plaque for two grand" plan already seems to have fallen on it's arse (unsurprisingly).
There are also rumours that he might not be quite as rich as he's previously made out (but this may just be on the back of them trying to get their heads round FFP).

That's correct. So you just get the plaque. Can understand why it's not been a MASSIVE success.
With different prices depending on the stand you're in, to match the prices of the season tickets of those stands, while pretending the season tickets are free.Rowdey

Interesting theory to raise money, if somewhat unlikely - say 7500 fans invest (punt ?) then that could be around £11m return.. can buy another striker for that.. (or just sell one you dont use maybe..?)

I'm just staggered that another club that Harry Redknapp has managed has found itself in a position where expenditure grossly exceeded income. I don't think anybody could have seen that coming.

"The team I got promoted with, people like Bobby Zamora, Joey Barton, [Armand] Traore, Clint Hill, Rob Green in goal, Nedham Onuoha, they were there already. They weren't players that I brought in. They got promoted with a team of players that were already there. It was only one or two signings [that I made]. When we got back to the Premier League, we took loans. We certainly didn't overspend for a Premier League club. Definitely not.
"I don't want to criticise anyone who bought Julio Cesar and others. That's not fair. What I had to do was to try and get them off the wage bill. It was a cutting-back process when I was there and taking people on free transfers and, in lots of cases, having to pay a percentage of their wages to get them off the wage bill."
