Email them for a full refund. I just have and will let you know how I get on. Yet to watch more than 45 minutes of each game, at best. I'm not even blaming the club, I just want money back for a product I never got so we'll see.

Just e-mailed them too. Bascally, all I wanted for my £45 was to watch these matches, plus a few U23 games - the match commentaries and all the other stuff I'm not too bothered about. And watching the live matches is what I'm mostly not doing (since the first game), so, product not fit for purpose; refund required.
