How many of you are sitting listening and reading the news whose blood is absolutely boiling? Yes sympathy for the dead but, honestly I am full of rage. I want our government to get full of rage.

Personally I just feel despair, sadness and fear for the world that my baby girl is going to grow up in. Anger and hate won't solve this. I don't have a solution but rage will not defeat this evil.

Correct EK, these guys are always involved, a case of having to, I guess.

Quite. I was in Manchester last week & spoke to some of them.

What have the politicalians done to this country?

I and many others said this sort of thing would happen a few years ago.

Where are the people who were calling us idiots the other day?

Fatalities confirmed now. Another sad, sad night for our country.

Yes, but we should be talking to them, don't you realise that? All we need to do is talk and it will be rainbows and unicorns. The fact that they want Islamic laws and to kill the infidels is purely irrelevant.

This. Hate just creates more hate. Endless cycle until everyone is consumed.

I have a new born grandchild, my first, due in weeks. I want my kin to grow in a peaceful country. If unpopular measures need to be taken to curb this risk then that is what I want.

Not to any great extent. At a few locations, they took over guard duties from the police, at nuclear stations and Aldermaston.

I guarantee you: they were in Manchester, and they had an active role. You'll just have to trust me on this one.

The perps want it then we should deliver it! Internment, no Isis returnees, deportations, if necessary the whole family. End of. The time for pussy footing and soul searching is now well and truly over!

I wasn't having a pop by the way, just relating my feelings.

We all want to live in a peaceful country, unfortunately I'm not sure that exists anywhere.

Not sure what the unpopular solutions are but if it involves rounding up and kicking out Muslims I don't think that's the answer. That will simply drive the propaganda that these *******s feed on and will simply drive more young men and women towards radicalisation.

Don't forget it's partly our fault .. if we hadn't intervened in the middle east (like Belgium/France/Germany?) we wouldn't be a target

I have to say, by all means take me down with the full force of NSC, but why did we only have one major/multiple incident after 7/7 and now we have two in about a week leading up to an election? I am cynical but this isn't adding up.

Met police tweeting :
Officers have then responded to reports of stabbings in #BoroughMarket. Armed officers responded and shots have been fired. 2/3

The idea of "kicking out" people is surely only valid in any case if they originate from somewhere other than the UK.

Where do you deport somebody to who was born and bred in this country? And even if you could do that: why would another country accept them?

What horrible, horrible times we live in.

I think we all know the pattern of the next few days. Sadly only too familar.

The usual hand-wringing and out-pouring of emotion. Then the usual culprits saying that it's all our fault and we shoudn't do anything to offend them.

F*ck that. Enough is enough. If they don't want to accept that this is fundamentally a Christian country (btw, I'm athiest) then they shouldn't be here. They can leave and go to Saudi, Pakistan, Iran or wherever they want to. Christ, we'll even pay their fares for them.
