Great game, really showing our strength in depth now squad wise! 5 more wins from the last 9 games should to it!

Hughton was a disgrace in that interview - so over-emotional and controversial.

There's no need for it, and he really needs to calm it down a bit.

Brighton - In your face
If anyone finds footage about 20 mins in of Knocky blatently pulling the defenders shirt nowhere near the ball and smiling at the linesman as he does it (for a laugh) as they were pushing out I'd love it. Around about level with the 18 yard line years the WSL (south). He was enjoying himself.

Loved PB discussing Knoackaert's goal and the half arsed tackle he received, words to the effect of:-

'If that was one of Stephens or Kayal making that challenge either the ball or the player wouldn't have gone passed them'.

McLaren: 'Brighton are the benchmark. There aren't many teams that have done that to us. They will go up. Very impressed with them. Their performance was excellent from the first minute.'

The lads seemed very focused tonight, great to see them get really stuck into Derby's talented individuals.

McLaren. So you had the majority of possession, what are you not doing when you have the ball? ..............'Keeping it'. Sorry what! No Steve, when you have possession that means you're keeping it. Idiot.

I'm so happy.
Can't wait for McClarens excuses tonight.
Maybe a bit of honesty is required and admit that he is a good coach for the first 15 or so games but due to being a total bellend my players find me out and I will make it so about me that I would rather lose than let the players get all the glory, so it all tends to go tits up and I keep getting the sack, butIi am so full of myself that I can never work out why.

He was honest and VERY complimentary about us to be fair.

Very professional performance and in a way it was if we didn't get out of first gear and that was thanks to a really shite Derby side :)

LOL - think it was 'neither' rather than 'either' [emoji23][emoji23]

No deffo either.

The point being the Albion player would have taken the card instead of giving the scoring opportunity.

Nah, would've taken man and ball [emoji106][emoji106]
They certainly wouldn't have just wafted a leg in the forwards general direction, and left it at that.
