Anyone who begins a sentence I've always been a critic of Stockdale can't then say he's got better over the last month.

If you've always been a critic of Stockdale overall you've always been wrong.
Sit in it and own your wrongness.

Surely it highlights we can all man up and be prepared to admit that I was wrong.

Still room for improvement but Stockdale is improving with ever preference.

Were Burnley able to negotiate in millions and not 50p's the £8m for £250k Stephens would have proved to be the very best bit of business in club history.

I think the game has changed over recent years with all keepers as they tend to let the centre halves deal with crosses and stay on the line. Yes, Stockdale has won me over with some fantastic displays but a lot of credit must go to Dunk and Duffy for the protection they offer.

I wonder if it's just conceivable that they could actually work as a team? Now there's a thought.

I think that was my point that the three as a unit are working well together and we are seeing improved performances from them as individuals and as a team.

Fantastic stuff we are reeping the benefits and have the best defensive unit in the division.

I'm not complaining I'm delighted to see Stockdale improving on his overall game.

People are forgetting how good Mark Beeney and John Kelsey were. Both were extremely good. Kusczak was also superb...Moseley for me was such a solid keeper and would have been called up for England had Clemence, Shilton or Corrigan not been in their prime during the early 80s.

What makes you say that? I met him a few times and found him to be quite nice. His wife was lovely too (looks & personality)

Disrupted the dressing room allegedly. He did not leave the club for footballing reasons . . .

That double save was up there with the save Kuipers made against Man City in the penalty shoot out in the cup at Withdean.

He does have his moments, but he is a great keeper, and he is getting better and better. What I love about him the most, is his passion for the club, and his sheer determination. You can see from his creation how much it means to him and the rest of the team.
