The keeper failed to control the ball so made it a ball to be challenged and as the 2 pundits said you expect your striker to close such balls down. Ghe route he was going made it impossible for them to avoid contact but the keeper made a meal of it and the ref got it wrong.

Jeez I agree with BG feck me :moo:

Based on what? Did he make contact with the keeper or vice versa?

Perhaps offer the keeper tea & biscuits then :moo:

Or go down to 10 needlessly and end the game?

Can someone answer whether he made contact from the replays and I'll agree it was incorrect, until then IMO it wasn't.

He ran at a right angle to the goalie....you could say he made contact with the goalies leg as it followed through or the goalie made contact with Baldock...either way the goalie and crowd influenced the decision imho

He cleared the ball and followed through on to Baldock's run. Contact was made, sure he made a meal of it, but why give him the opportunity.

So now you're saying the keeper kicked Baldock, which is right. That's not a foul by Baldock.

No blame whatsoever to Baldock whether he was on a yellow or not is imaterial we were losing and the ball was there to be won. I am the first to criticize silly cards but neither of his were as a fault of his. I thought the 1st was harsh for tackling back abd getting their legs tangled.
