I choose to ignore 'experts' that are so good at their predicting they still have to work for a living.I choose to ignore people who no longer live in this country to avoid paying taxes.I choose to ignore politicians who change with the wind direction and lie.I choose to ignore the people who just want immigration from wherever to provide a source of cheap labour to parasites. That doesn't leave many to listen to,just honest, decent, hard working British people, and if that makes me a racist litlle englander in some bigots eyes I don't really give a toss!

So basically you just listen to the people who say what you want to hear?

The way the BBC's impatiality has been compromised in this campaign is extremely disappointing and worrying. Added to Nick Robinson's sneering interview of Michael Gove on the Today programme this morning, they're repeatedly reporting George Soros as predicting disruption "worse than Black Wednesday", yet omitting to point out that many historians actually refer to it as "White Wednesday" because it precipitated an unparalleled period of economic growth for the UK. Clearly, they've omitted this fact because it doesn't fit with the Remain narrative. Half truths again.

It is definitely in part, about the money. Not MY money specifically - but the nations economic wellbeing (of course that affects me, as it does us all). I genuinely believe we will all be better off in. The best case if we go it alone, is that it will be 'okay'. The worst case is a disaster. Doesn't seem an intelligent gamble.

But the economics is only a part of it. I quite like European co-operation, on all things. It seems far preferable to engaging in trade wars (or real ones, for that matter).

Fair enough.

I am in favour of Leave despite the short-term economic risk, and definitely despite Gove, Johnson and Farage. (I think with better and less divisive leadership, the Leave vote would be considerably stronger). I don't want to bore people so the position as outlined by the Spectator is close enough to where I am.

Almost everyone seems united in saying the EU is flawed - from a grudging "it's not perfect" to a realisation that it is downright broken, and everywhere in between. My own view is that people who say a Vote to Remain is a vote for Reform are deluding themselves. There is absolutely no evidence in its past behaviour that the EU intends to deviate from its mission. A vote for Remain will therefore be taken as an endorsement of the status quo.

And the next opportunity to vote could be another 40 years away.

We are all an accumulation of our own experiences, perhaps his view is built on wholly reasonable assessments, he then, like us all tend to agree with those that mirror our own, seems fair enough to me.

Regardless of the result, the standards of the campaigns have taken a lot of criticism. Less discussed has been the standard of journalism. They seem only interested in spinning stories. I've just seen Faisal Islam on Sky claim that the fact that a currency trading Leave campaigner has tweeted that he is short pounds today undermines his case for Leaving. Astonishing distortion given he makes his money from trading the flows and there have been up and down market moves. I'm sure there are many examples from the other side as well. I know it is Murdoch press and people will say 'no surprise' there but it has shocked me and my view of journalists has fallen to record lows.

Remain getting torn a new one at the moment in the debate

some pretty dramatic 'facts' from Remain. Siddique Khan says that an Australian points system will double immigration !! Presumably on the basis that Australia has chosen more immigration as it suits them at the moment. He well knows that a points system means we get to choose more or less immigration and we get to make that choice at a General Election.

That's one of the very obvious misrepresentations thrown around by the Remain camp. The whole purpose of a points based system is to be able to increase and decrease immigration as required. It's not fixed. You ask for more points when you want less immigration, and vice versa. Honestly it's not hard. If Remain keep getting this wrong it is deliberate.
