This is the problem with UKIP supporters. They, like Farage whine about people picking on them when in fact people are just pointing out faults. I don't just point the faults of UKIP out, all parties are hugely flawed. I think the UKIP debate must have been raised on NSC maybe 30 or 40 times over the past 3 years. Not once has a UKIP supporter on here ever come up with an argument that hasn't been immediately discredited by a more intelligent poster. In perhaps thousand of posts, not one UKIP supporter on here has ever made a convincing argument for their party of choice.

Precisely, that was my point, so why would you suck in 1000000 immigrants to do jobs those that are already here could do and then somehow say there is no impact on the our employment figures, then those suitable British workers that perhaps miss out on jobs fall back on on the benefits system.

It seems quite reasonable that those British citizens that we have all invested £100000's though education, health and other services through are tax system can access appropriate jobs rather than anyone that have not previously contributed or have any particular link with the country except through a politically trumped up accession process that allows unfettered access from a faraway land, that has suddenly been given EU status.

To not even acknowledge any likely consequence is astonishing.

How many of these jobs would ACTUALLY be taken by British workers and risk their benefits/housing etc? A lot of the jobs that immigrants take would certainly not be taken by people on benefits.
