You have to hand it to Arsenal, they're looking phenomenal, movement off the ball is fantastic and we're not picking them up. You can slag the team off all you like, but Arsenal are looking extremely strong.

Arsenal cut apart the Premier League champions last week in the same manner, so we shouldn't be too critical of our team. They're clearly demoralised at 2-0 down it will be interesting to see how we react for the rest of the game. Hopefully we'll be brave and have a go.

The problem with the Poyet reign is that we STILL think we are Barcelona (or Arsenal), and we seem incapable of mixing it up, getting in opponents faces, etc.

True, but we are not exactly making it hard for them. We look like bedazzled rabbits, put the boot in, kick them show some passion!

Starting to feel glad that I'm in France rather than at the Amex :nono:

Me too, also in France! Was listening on the radio but think I'll give it a miss from now, from BloI'm down we give premier league teams far too much respect and let that take over the players heads.

Oh well, is anyone really surprised about the result, hopefully we can keep it to 2 or 3 nil.

Chris Hughton must put two up front here to show a little desire if anything. Every time we come forward there are no players available, no figurehead. Holla went forward there and had to pass wide as there was nobody ahead of him?? Shocking tactics so far

We are just giving them too much time and space.

The problem is they're just that good. You might not want to admit it and we all love the romance of the cup, but their movement gives them the space. Our lads could try and battle all they like, but Arsenal's movement give them the space.

Have to say though, wrong game to play JFC in. He looks utterly lost out there.
