Definitely in.
No - I was definitely hoping he'd make it, but no, he has to go.

Not his fault we sign garbage like McSmudger and then take 3 years to realize he is garbage and get rid.
True, but irrelevant.

Tony needs to spend on the squad or hand the reigns over to a chairman that will.
We all know these aren't options.

All of the good work that Gus did has been undone, we are back to where we were 4 or even 5 years ago
4 or 5 years ago? That was at Withdean, wasn't it - so no, not quite.

Although my previous posts have tended to be SH favourable (work in progress etc.), I now wish to retract as I consider that ' ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ' and I seriously think that Tony Bloom made a serious 'Bloomer' in appointing SH ahead of the French Guy (whose name I cannot remember who had some impressive form, was he at Lyon ?) but, irrespective, it surely has to be time to bid farewell.
It should definitely now be 'Finnished' .

Yes , the squad we had then was better than what we have now

"My coaching career is not very long and this is the first time that I'm stuck in such a situation," said the Finnish coach. - from his Bayer Leverkusen days.

He is still stuck in the same situation 10 months later.

You must know the commander, his abusive responses are very similar to yours, what can Sammi or any manager do when the Chairman is convinced that the shiny new white elephant will get us promoted , it will not, only a decent team will do that. So until Tony starts spending on the squad get used to the idea if league 1 next season, the club have raised high expectations from the new fans by stating PL ambition but Tony is not funding it, that is not a complaint just a statement of fact.

Good point, well made. Hyypia has won 4 of his last 30 league games as a manager. He just doesn't know how to win.

I think today was the final straw. I listened to his post-match interview on Radio Sussex and it confirmed to me that the guy couldn't motivate anyone or anything. It was followed by an interview with John Gregory who sounded exactly the opposite ... knowledgeable, motivated, interesting .... just about sums up for me what is wrong with Sami. Got to go.

Tempted to say go, but hey let's say give him another week. Sami's on Finn ice though

A hammering at Derby could well be the end for Sami. Performances not good enough and results not good enough. As much as I wanted him to do well the time is getting very close to him having to go.
