Personally I fear utter humiliation live on TV on Saturday, and Sami will not be in charge on Sunday,

Are you going to be on here on Monday, sharing your thoughts with others, and admitting you were wrong on this call?
I'm more than willing to do so if I'm wrong.

Changing managers at whim might be fashionable in football, but it is not a good idea. This is what Bloom thinks too. That's my wager (he likes wagers, he's good at wagers, I'm not).

Only positives were that we kept it to 2-0, the defence managed well, Walton looked comfortable, Dunk another great game.

I think a lot of that was down to luck to be honest... It could have easily been 5 or 6

Dunk did have a good game and Walton looks promising, apart from that it all looked very toothless especially going forward...

Well then for saturday. Bring Maccer on at half time for KLL, and start Walton! Give the lad a chance.

That makes sense after Stockdale was MOM last Saturday

Benching Stockdale is clearly demanded by (Sir Humphrey) Appleby's Law:

Something must be done.
This is something.
This must be done.

What's the point in waiting till Saturday??? Even if we were to win there, it's still only delaying the obvious. Sammi Hyypia is not the man to take this club forward and that has nothing to do with losing tonight. Get rid tonight, as every day counts.

Funny that. There I was thinking you were announcing the death of tippy-tap football, and the coming of northern European athleticism.
Perhaps I was wrong, but I've got a strange feeling that you belong in Tunbridge Wells.

Stats : Possession, shots, corners I expected a good beating in but we only gave 1 foul against their 8 now that disgusts me, were we so far off the pace we couldn't even get a decent foul or did we just not care enough?

Some serious over reaction on here and the texts on BBC Radio Sussex. We were beaten by Spurs not Canvey Island :lolol:

There were some truly good players in the Spurs team tonight. I'm still scratching my head as to why we didn't get tonked, but actually I think it's because we have some aspects of our game to be positive about ( an unfashionable view I know), up front is still the worry...but it's not been comfortable up front under the last three managers. Only Ulloa, £8m Ulloa, broke the ice for us moving forward.

Oh please spare me the mock outrage, im sure Samis already healthy bank balance from his well paid years as a top player and a sizeable payoff following his utter comprehensive failure as a manager here will help soften the blow.
It's not mock outrage. Managers are on a fair wack, much too much imo but you've got to give them a chance and that means at least half a season. OK if they's lost every game that would be another matter. You're confusing outrage with me thinking you a a tad of a richard head!

Could ultimately cost us in the end though

I think Hyypia will go if we lose on Saturday. Are the board holding on that loan striker and waiting for a new manager?

What's not liking tippy tappy football, got to do with a manager who doesn't know what system best suits the players he has at his disposal???..or who doesn't seem in the slightest bit interested in his job and just shrugs his shoulder and say he doesn't know all the time???
