What I don't get is how quickly the mood has changed. Things were so positive after the signings of Holla and Teixeira and the result at leeds. A battling draw v charlton and things were still positive. A loss to Brentford and it turned pretty quickly to very negative, even more so after today's game. The reaction seems the sort that usually only came after a run of 4 or 5 poor results.

Easy on the 'all'
Bigger picture is 4 losses and we are only midway through September. We have played, what looks to be the weaker sides so far and had as good as first games as we could want/expect. God knows what will happen when we play Forest etc
Oh as soon as that bandwagon started rolling, it quickly became 'all'.

Unbelievable... Nailed on for the play-offs two weeks ago, according to some on here, now, according to many, utterly shyte and doomed to relegation. I suspect the reality is somewhere in between, but its early days yet. 7 games into a 46 game season is not the time to start screaming to sack the manager etc ...

It was embarrassing how people were saying such glowing things about our squad following the signing of Baldock - days after lambasting them after our first two league defeats....
Baldock is never going to be a top top goal scorer in the Championship, he is too lightweight, small and similar to CMS.
7 points out of the first 7 games, given the fixtures, is a poor return whichever way you look at it. We need to snap out as its not long before we face the bigger sides in this division.

Not so sure it's the players. The system seems wrong for the personnel.
I'm keeping the faith anyway. Things haven't been great but we are midway through September, there is still plenty of time for us to work our way up the table. We've lost some massive players and the club have tried to replace them on the cheap, which I think was effectively them saying to us: 'we aren't going for promotion this season'. On paper I was pretty happy with our dealings by the end of the window (bearing in mind I assumed we were looking at consolidation this season with play-offs being a potentially unexpected bonus), and I still believe that as the team progresses as a unit and players like Stephens and Toko come back into the fold, we will end up comfortably mid-table at worst.
Hopefully given some time and some tweaks we will be back on the winning trail soon and we can all have a bit more of a positive outlook. In fairness, anything other than three points at home to Blackpool isn't really acceptable considering their current situation.

of course we had a better team in the last 3 seasons than the present one, but if you sell your best players , replace them with lesser players , then get a manager who also is not as good as what we had , guess what happens ? a relegation struggle thats what happens
