If some of these people in their extremely well paid jobs at football clubs across the land aren't doing their jobs properly and mugs like us are paying their wages while they sit back laughing at us then bollocks to them, they should do their ****ing jobs properly and take the deserved criticism that is aimed at them if that is the case.
If I didn't do my job properly at work and a child in my care died because of me I would brace myself for the rightful media thrashing social or otherwise that I would thoroughly deserve and jail time probably to boot.

I think you are missing the point. You are perfectly entitled to comment that, in your opinion, the club has performed poorly in the transfer window.

If you however post a comment that is defamatory in relation to an individual at the club which could be damaging to their career, then that could be deemed to be libel. You can say that Kemy is overweight, CMS is overpriced, Paul Barber is overpaid, but you cannot accuse them of being a thief, liar, childmolester etc unless you have evidence to back that up.
